I saw the truth once but it shook the whole world, I saw the mountains move, I saw the inner core. All that we think we see, all that we think we are; I saw past it all and found meaning. All you think we are we’re not, all you think you see you don’t, so how can you tell me what’s right? “To get by in this life work hard and sacrifice the things you love,” but I can’t live like that, I will never live like that. For I found something more than false security, I found something worth fighting for; this is all worth fighting for. When this will all be gone one day, what would you rather take away? Has anyone ever told you your money’s no good in the afterlife? Of course they haven’t, and they never will. Maybe they don’t know that there is something more, but either way it’s still kept from you for I found truth; I found something to fight for. So all of you, live the truth; don’t let them get to you. All you think we are we’re not.
