What will it take to make this last? Day by day we're treading water. What wil it take? These bodies pulled by darkened mass inflict reflection on man's past regrets, pulling him...There is something down beneath devouring the light; a fucking devil is pulling you to the floor, so pray for your life. Let’s make a new name for ourselves, let’s be the first to say “what are we running from?” What are we running from all our lives? I know that it’s dark in this place but there’s light to be found. I don’t know if I can believe in this anymore. This is a cold-blooded attempt to free ourselves from these demons that won’t let go of our sun. You won’t remember this, but I will never forget. What will it take to make this last? There is something down beneath devouring the light; a devil of the deep. Let’s make a new name for ourselves, let’s be the first to say “what are we running from?” What are we running from all our lives? I know that it’s dark in this place but there’s light to be found. All along I knew we’d believe in this (I knew that we would make it through this) through the end of all time and the struggles of our lives; this will last. The ocean’s depths will lose its hold on... I know this will last; we’ll build our walls back into the sky we’re lifted up and we’ll be born again.
